Take this renovation in Rathgar. The house was originally a stand-alone unit and it was joined to the neighbouring house in the 1980's. The owner wanted it separated again so we sound proofed the common wall, blocked up the doors and turned the old utility room/ hallway into a special living space/ kitchen area.
